My passion for health and fitness began 20 years ago when I wanted to change how I felt and looked. I wasn’t happy with what I looked like and saw in the mirror and pictures. I was successful in my business and family life but couldnt control my own body. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and I decided it was time to make a change. I started studying and working in the nutrition, health and fitness industry. I found that I loved helping others with their health and fitness goals and accomplishing them together. Working with others to transform their bodies and changing lives is my passion at REBUILT. I have assembled a very gifted team who share the same passion for health and fitness as I do. Coach Bill
My fitness journey began over 35 years ago as an underweight teen playing sports. I have continued to study nutrition and fitness during my journey and have been able to impact others along the way. I have a background working with athletes in bodybuilding, MMA, wrestling and boxing. I also have a passion working with my lifestyle clients, retirees, and working professionals with busy schedules, families and limited time.
I believe in a synergistic approach and will look at the exercise plan, nutrition plan along with sleep and recovery. We will determine your goal, develop a plan and work on achieving it together! My goal is to share my years of knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goals and make lifestyle changes for life!!
Everyone has the ability to be 1% better every day and we will get there together. My ultimate goal is to improve your mind, body and soul as you become the healthiest version of yourself!


Coach Anthony Mac
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Graduated from King High School in 1997. Bachelors degree in Physical Education from the University of South Florida.
I played college baseball at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa and have 22+ years of baseball coaching experience on the High School and College levels.
I have 25+ years of experience in weight lifting and bodybuilding and specialize in sports specific training programs.
Coach Joe
I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over six years of experience as a group fitness instructor. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through motivation, empathy, and real-life experience.
My passion for fitness started when at the age of 23, I weighted 310 pounds, and was diagnosed with high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and was on a destructive path. At that moment, I decided to change my lifestyle and embrace fitness. I lost 110 pounds by learning to love exercise and my body; it’s that transformation that drives my commitment to helping others succeed—no matter where they’re starting from.
I specialize in weight loss and work closely with my clients to develop personalized fitness plans that are sustainable and results-driven. I understand the challenges of starting a fitness journey because I’ve been there, and my approach is built on understanding, patience, and empowering others to overcome their obstacles.
What sets me apart is my ability to truly relate to my clients. I know how hard it can be to make lasting change, but I also know how incredibly rewarding it can be. My focus is on creating a motivating environment where every client feels supported and encouraged every step of the way.

Coach Harrington
Hi, I’m Harrington Haynes a certified fitness professional with a deep passion for helping people unlock their true potential through consistency, resilience and strength training while being safe.
My journey began as a young teen around 15 years old when I started going to the gym with my older cousin. At the time I was into sports of all kinds especially basketball, cricket and futbol. I was skinny as a twig and used to get pushed around in the more physical sports so I wanted to change that. He on the other hand was huge. Him and his workout partner accepted me in their crew and taught me the ropes and from there I swung on my own.
I loved how my body responded to the exercise, as I got stronger but not much bigger. I quickly found out my diet would have to change in order to see more changes.
Working out helped me find my inner strength and resilience—qualities I now strive to help others discover. This passion for empowerment drove me to become a certified personal trainer in 2020 with a emphasis on corrective exercise. I’ve worked with both men and women, helping them break through their limits and find their own drive for health and fitness. My most proud moment was guiding a client who was in excess of 350 pounds to 264 pounds.
My coaching style focuses on you and your individual journey. I’ll meet you where you are, push you when you’re ready, and pull back when needed, ensuring every step is safe and effective.
I am CPT, CNC and CES Certified. I have always been an active dare devil type of person, always pushing the limits of just about any type of physical activity.
My belief was always as long as you stay active, you will be healthy, your mind and body will stay sharp, and you won’t gain weight. I soon found that is definitely an untrue statement.
Coach Anthony
My name is Anthony, and I’m honored that Coach Christian asked me to share my story with you. For most of my life, I tried to stay active but never worked with a trainer to develop a disciplined workout plan or proper nutrition. I spent years working out and eating what I thought was right, but I never achieved the results I wanted. There were times I lost weight, but I knew there was more to the formula.
About a year ago, I left a great job to return to the cabinetry business. After seven months of long hours—often working 12-hour days, sometimes seven days a week—I found myself in a downward spiral. My routine became work, then a trip to the liquor store for a couple of shots with Sprite on my way home. I became depressed and miserable with myself. I gained weight, hated looking in the mirror, and knew I had to make a change. So, I left the job to get back into the gym.
Fortunately, my former boss, a childhood friend, reached out and asked me to return. I was excited about the opportunity to get back on track. I had always admired Christian’s dedication to fitness, nutrition, and living his best life. I knew I needed advice from someone who could help me reach my goals. For years, my ego had kept me from asking for help. I tried researching through magazines and social media, but nothing worked. When I spoke to Christian, he told me about his new company Rebuilt Body Transformation. I was thrilled for him and excited about the opportunity to work with someone who truly understood how to get results. Christian created a 90-day workout and diet plan for me.
I committed to following the plan as best as I could. At first, it felt like a big change, but I reminded myself of the saying, “21 days creates a habit, 90 days creates a lifestyle.” Christian asked me to take before pictures and send them to him. I didn’t want to, but I knew it would keep me accountable. As I followed the plan, I started seeing changes. By the end of the 90 days, I was excited to send Christian my results.
This journey has been the most exciting one of my life. I eat great food without feeling bloated, I look forward to the gym, and I’ve built lasting relationships with people along the way. I wake up with energy every day, eager to improve.
The most rewarding part of this transformation was when Christian invited me to join the Rebuilt Body Transformation team! I now have the chance to help others achieve their goals, and it brings me pride knowing that I can support others in their fitness journeys. Fitness is a continuous journey, and I’m excited to see where I’ll be in another nine months. The saying is 100% true: 21 days creates a habit, and 90 days creates a lifestyle. I absolutely love this new chapter, and I’m grateful for the transformation, both physically and mentally. I appreciate you, Coach Christian!


Coach Pam
My journey started after my military service, I didn’t realize the hard workouts we participated in during the early mornings and the food fed to us in the dining facilities all contributed to our overall health. The exercises were designed to keep our bodies lean and toned. The food served to us was all caloric based and much healthier than the choices we made for ourselves. Once I left the service, I gained 20lbs and soon realized breaking that workout routine and eating anything and everything wasn’t going to help me stay the active person I am. Most importantly, mentally I wasn’t the same happy person I used to be, not only because of the weight, but because I did not look or feel like the person inside of this shell. One morning I woke up took one last look in the mirror at that shell and said good bye, and never saw her again.
What sets me apart from other trainers is I know what it is like to struggle with that person in the mirror and hear that negative voice telling you, it’s too hard or too late to change. I can help you get rid of that voice for good and replace it with wellness inside and out. Focusing on fitness and living a healthy lifestyle has given me so much happiness, it is never too late to be the best you can be, and I want to share that feeling with anyone that wants to feel it too. I am a firm believer in the power of service to others and what that power can do. With that in mind my superpower here at Rebuilt is I am you and you are me, there is nothing we can’t do together.
Coach Jenny
I’m Jenny Hernandez, a certified NASM coach specializing in nutrition and fitness. Originally from Tampa, Florida, and with Honduran heritage, I understand the challenge of finding balance in lifestyle, food, and fitness. Over the past ten years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating a healthy plan that fosters a positive relationship with nutrition and fitness.
Developing a healthy relationship with food is vital for a long and healthy life. The key is to avoid comparisons and recognize that anything is possible if you truly desire it. Remember, it’s not just about appearance; it’s about savoring life while embracing the things we love. With my expertise, I look forward to helping those who have faced similar struggles and wish to make a change for the better. Remember, when you feel good, you look good.
