When I looked in the mirror that day one last time…I wasn’t sure where to begin. I was over 55,I had a small pouch as a tummy, some extra fat behind my shoulder blades, wiggling arm fat I need to tone up, I was heavy even though I was very active. I needed to gain more muscle and stamina to continue doing all the things I enjoy doing. I enrolled in a gym and spoke to a few trainings but noticed that their instructions were vague and I still felt as if I was going it alone.
So I decided to look around the room the next few visits and noticed Coach Christian. He was always upbeat, loud but very serious about his workout routine….so I approached him and introduced myself and the rest is history. Coach Christian listened to me and wrote up a workout routine and diet plan that fit my individual needs. He took into account my food likes and dislikes and workout limitations during that time. Coach Christian was available when I wanted to emotionally eat, overeat during the holidays, when I feel lazy and wanted to skip the gym. One phone call to him gave me energy and helped me stay on track. Coach Christian assured me that I could call anytime…and he meant it!
Being around others that live an active healthy lifestyle really changed my life. I can say that and write that, but it doesn’t match the experience I would like to share with you. In order to do that, I needed to become a Coach just like the awesome team here at Rebuilt.
Having a positive mentor like Coach Christian not only was I able to meet my goals but surpass my expectations in more ways than I could ever imagine. Coach Christian’s personable approach is what I needed, and I know some of you do too. We are here at Rebuilt to help you transform if you are ready but keep in mind it is not easy, but it is definitely worth it. Living my passion for a healthy life and possibly beating father time, is a dream come true. I feel amazing and I look forward to hearing your story and helping you on your journey to feeling amazing too.

My name is Anthony, and I’m honored that Coach Christian asked me to share my story with you. For most of my life, I tried to stay active but never worked with a trainer to develop a disciplined workout plan or proper nutrition. I spent years working out and eating what I thought was right, but I never achieved the results I wanted. There were times I lost weight, but I knew there was more to the formula.
About a year ago, I left a great job to return to the cabinetry business. After seven months of long hours—often working 12-hour days, sometimes seven days a week—I found myself in a downward spiral. My routine became work, then a trip to the liquor store for a couple of shots with Sprite on my way home. I became depressed and miserable with myself. I gained weight, hated looking in the mirror, and knew I had to make a change. So, I left the job to get back into the gym.
Fortunately, my former boss, a childhood friend, reached out and asked me to return. I was excited about the opportunity to get back on track. I had always admired Christian’s dedication to fitness, nutrition, and living his best life. I knew I needed advice from someone who could help me reach my goals. For years, my ego had kept me from asking for help. I tried researching through magazines and social media, but nothing worked. When I spoke to Christian, he told me about his new company Rebuilt Body Transformation. I was thrilled for him and excited about the opportunity to work with someone who truly understood how to get results. Christian created a 90-day workout and diet plan for me.
I committed to following the plan as best as I could. At first, it felt like a big change, but I reminded myself of the saying, “21 days creates a habit, 90 days creates a lifestyle.” Christian asked me to take before pictures and send them to him. I didn’t want to, but I knew it would keep me accountable. As I followed the plan, I started seeing changes. By the end of the 90 days, I was excited to send Christian my results.
This journey has been the most exciting one of my life. I eat great food without feeling bloated, I look forward to the gym, and I’ve built lasting relationships with people along the way. I wake up with energy every day, eager to improve.
The most rewarding part of this transformation was when Christian invited me to join the Rebuilt Body Transformation team! I now have the chance to help others achieve their goals, and it brings me pride knowing that I can support others in their fitness journeys. Fitness is a continuous journey, and I’m excited to see where I’ll be in another nine months. The saying is 100% true: 21 days creates a habit, and 90 days creates a lifestyle. I absolutely love this new chapter, and I’m grateful for the transformation, both physically and mentally. I appreciate you, Coach Christian!

I met Coach Bill about 2 years ago at the local gym. We both worked out at the same time and started to talk about my goals. I had a chance to tell him about my passion for fighting and also some of the struggles of cutting weight and choosing the right foods. We worked together on a diet plan and different methods and easy ways to cut weight weeks before a fight to save energy and also how to avoid getting too heavy between fights. We were able to do weekly check-ins in which he checked on my energy levels, mental state and let me know to let him know if anything ever felt off. If so, we could look to see if we needed to make an adjust with foods or calories. Since changing the foods, adding things like massage, sauna and other recovery tips I have been able to avoid issues with cutting weight for fights and having more energy than ever. All of the small changes with diet and recovery have improved my training, conditioning and will help greatly in my future career in MMA and for living a healthy lifestyle!

I met Coach Bill about 2 years ago and we both worked out at the same local gym. We talked about working out, diet and lifestyle changes. I was looking to gain muscle but not bulk or gain a lot of excess fat in the process. We developed a plan together which allowed me to eat multiple small meals, shakes or snacks, a day. The exercise program focused on putting on muscle and weight in specific areas. The exercise split worked with my busy work schedule. My goal was to gain muscle, improve my lifestyle and feel better. I have been able to put on muscle and gained over 20lbs while keeping my body fat low and getting in the best shape of my life! The changes I have made have allowed me to live a healthy lifestyle and impact others in a positive way.

I came to Coach Bill about a year ago and I was fed up with my health and my lifestyle. I have a physical job, working outside in the Florida heat and I lacked the energy or time to work out or on myself. I got with Coach Bill, and we looked first at my diet and lifestyle. We made a plan which involved an easy-to-follow diet plan, removing processed foods and sugary drinks and replacing them with multiple small whole food meals, shakes and snacks throughout the day. We also looked at recovery and hydration. He said if we focus on the diet the rest will follow. I now have the energy to workout. After a long day I have gotten back into great shape and feel better than I ever have. I was able to put back on muscle, lose fat and improve flexibility. I trusted the process and followed the diet and exercise plan along with Bill’s constant encouragement and weekly check-ins, I have continued to stay motivated and focused on living a healthier lifestyle!

I have always been in shape in my younger years and played sports, was active in college and the military. As we all know, as we get older and busier we exercise less and eat on the go. I was ready to make the needed change and got with Coach Bill and we worked on a plan together. Coach Bill was able to work with my carnivore diet and was able to add more foods and smaller meals which provided more energy and the ability to build muscle. I’m currently active daily with either weight training, or pickleball. My goal was to lose weight and change my body composition and build muscle during this process. I not only accomplished this, but I look and feel the best I have in years and can’t wait to continue this journey and see the progress!! Coach Bill encouraged me along the way, offered tips and did weekly check ins for questions and progress check ins. I can truly say you can’t put a price on your health and wellbeing!!
